1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and verified.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During high-demand periods (such as new releases), processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Packaging
At S12 Cards, we take pride in ensuring your items arrive safely. All products are carefully packaged and protected to maintain their condition during transit, especially sealed collectibles and trading cards.
3. Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.
We offer multiple shipping options to suit your needs. Delivery times will vary depending on the carrier and destination.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:
- Carrier issues
- Weather conditions
- Customs processing (for international orders)
- High shipping volumes
5. International Shipping
We ship worldwide.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. S12 Cards is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (if applicable). Please allow time for tracking updates to appear.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
S12 Cards is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
If an issue arises, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. However, we’re happy to assist where possible.
8. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, S12 Cards is not responsible for lost packages or additional shipping costs.
9. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photo evidence. We will review the issue and work towards a resolution in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
